York, ME / January 2021

In the summer of 2020, the oceanfront York Harbor Motel and Cottages in York, Maine, was purchased by new owners. The main motel is a 3-story, 44×120’ frame building resting on cinderblocks. As part of the renovation of the property, in January 2021, Wolfe lifted the motel 8’ for the installation of a new foundation, and relocated  two cottages and a garage on the property.
