Wolfe Lifts Upper Story of Cottage for New Foundation

The owners of this charming lakeside cottage in Washington needed a new foundation and floor system, and wanted to gain some extra ceiling height through the process. Wolfe installed crib and steel beams, lifted the upper story and roof, and supported them while contractors installed the new foundation and floor system. The owners gained almost 3′ of interior head space in addition to the necessary repair work.
