Wolfe lifted and supported multiple condo units while their original foundations were removed and replaced. We used the Buckingham SmartJack™ System to smoothly and uniformly raise the units 7′, with their garages, chimneys, and rear decks, then supported them on cribbing while the new foundations were installed. When the foundations were finished, we lowered the units 7′ onto the new foundations.
