This 2-story, triple-brick building relocation happened in two stages. For the first part of the move, Wolfe cut the building above the foundation, installed steel beams, lifted it, and slid it sideways several feet, where they placed it on Buckingham dollies. We moved the building a couple hundred feet to a temporary staging location and set it on cribbing while the new foundation was prepared. When the foundation was finished, we drove the building over the poured foundation and supported it while the new foundation walls were built up and grouted in place under it.
