This house is a 30’ x 90’ two story frame house with brick veneer. In April 2010 we raised the house up 10’ above the original elevation after a serious flood swept through Atlanta in 2009. With the house 10’ above the ground, the lower level could be used for a garage and for storage and not be as vulnerable to flooding. Even with the considerable size and weight, the lift only took six days.
