Skidsteer excavates job site in preparation to move Rhode Island Water Tower

A new veterans home is being constructed in Bristol, RI, complete with private rooms for each resident. In order to make way for construction, the historic water tower located on the property was moved 800 feet west of its original location. The tower is about 60 feet tall and was built in the 1890s.
