A historic, 387-ton, solid-stone building is setting up on steel and cribbing just south of New Hope, Pennsylvania along the Delaware River. Once the new site is prepared, Wolfe House Movers will load the building on 15 Buckingham Dollies and move it over the canal and 1/4 mile up the road to a new permanent location.
The New Hope Free Press published an article about the upcoming project.
UPDATE 1: This building is scheduled to be relocated on October 24th. Check back in next week for news coverage on the move.
UPDATE 2: The historic Odette’s restaurant was relocated successfully on Wednesday, October 24th in just under 4 hours.
