The historic Leeper-Wyatt house is the oldest retail building in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. The owners’ determination to protect the 121-year-old brick structure from demolition this week paid off when Wolfe House Movers successfully relocated the building two blocks through town to a new lot.
