Owego NY home is raised after flooding

After major flooding in 2011 reached as high as the doorknob of their 1849 Greek Revival home, homeowners Julie Nucci and Jim Overhiser had to gut the entire house. Now it has now been lifted 4 feet, safely above potential flood levels.
